Please note, however, that certain products—such as custom-made goods or intimate items—are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene regulations. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be processed.

Before sending your item back, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any package sent without an RA number may be refused. Once we receive your returned product, we will carefully inspect it and confirm if a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, though deductions may apply for return shipping, restocking fees, or applicable taxes.

For refunds that take longer than expected, please contact your payment provider first. If the issue continues, our support team will gladly assist. Discounted or sale items can still be returned, but refunds will reflect the price paid at checkout. For exchanges, please reach out to us directly—availability may vary and price differences or additional shipping may apply.

To ensure safe delivery, package the product in its original box with all accessories and documents included, and clearly write your RA number on the outside. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that unless your return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product), return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
